Mrs. Advocate: Amal Khamis – UAE national- Advocate and legal consultant. she is the founder of Amal Khamis Advocates and Legal Consultants office. She is a graduate of the faculty of Shariah and Law (L.L.B) – UAE University.
Amal Khamis is a senior lawyer at Amal Khamis Advocates and Legal Consultants Law Firm. She has a broad experience specializing in commercial law, labor law, construction law, media law, corporate disputes.
She has been involved in high profile corporate transactions and dispute resolution matters. She works with our clients to resolve a broad spectrum of commercial issues that confront our clients’ daily business operations.
She handles all aspects of litigation arising out of insurance and bad faith issues and in such areas as professional liability, property damage, and subrogation. Mr. Alaa Jaber Muhammad Al Hoshy
Mr. Alaa Jaber Muhammad Al Hoshy – graduate from Faculty of Law (L.L.B), from Alexandria University; Before the inception of the Firm Amal Khamis, he worked for a reputable law firm in UAE at ‘Hashim Al Jamal advocates and Legal consultants’ as their legal advisor and In-House Legal Counsel.
His past experiences of 15 years as the legal advisor of both investor and contractor companies coupled with his legal educational background enable him to deeply understand his clients’ concerns and to advise them on effective allocation of the relevant risks of their businesses appropriately.
