When can a warrant be lifted?
Where the case has been settled or withdrawn in a case where that matters, where the basis is challenged or where the person attends and the authority is satisfied.
Each route has its own conditions, and we check which are open.
What do we do to cancel a warrant?
We identify the issuing authority, review the basis, prepare the application and, if needed, arrange an attendance that protects you.
We aim to avoid arrest on attendance.
What about travel?
A warrant can affect travel, so lifting it is often urgent.
We deal with any related travel ban in the same plan.

Frequently asked questions
Does paying a complainant cancel a warrant?
Not on its own. Where a settlement is available, the authority must still lift it, and we manage that.
How long does cancellation take?
It depends on the authority and the route. We give you a realistic expectation at the start.
